The AI concierge
Switch it on and one glowing question sits at the bottom of every page of your shop, with your own shortcuts under it. Shoppers say what they are after, and the assistant finds it, narrows it with a tap, and fills the bag, over the page they were on. Nothing about your shop changes: your theme, your pages and your checkout stay exactly as they are.
It works with every theme. On Pro its Claude comes out of the plan's allowance; on Free it runs on credit you top up. Your own Anthropic key works on both.

On Free, Claude comes with a small base allowance plus a tenth of last month's fees; on Pro, a monthly allowance that covers heavy use. Both are shared across the assistant, the designer and the editor. Bring your own Anthropic key on either and no limit of ours applies.
Questions people actually ask
I already have a shop somewhere else. Can I bring it?
Yes, and you do not have to retype it. Products, customers and orders come across from plain spreadsheet files, exported from anywhere that can export at all, mapped column by column, with a practice run that shows you exactly what would happen before a single thing is written. Products with options arrive as real variants with their size and colour choices intact, and old order numbers keep working. If you are on Magento 2 there is a one-file importer that brings the whole catalogue across in a single pass. Moving from Magento? Are there limits?
No limits on products, customers or orders on either plan, and nothing extra to pay past them. Each shop has at least 20 GB for images and files. On Free the AI assistant starts with a small allowance and grows with your sales: a tenth of last month's fees comes back as Claude. Pro includes a much larger one. On either, you can plug in your own Anthropic key and no limit of ours applies.
Who holds the money from my sales?
You do, and we never touch it. The shop charges your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account, with your own keys, so the money lands with you untouched and you are the merchant of record: payouts, refunds and disputes are yours to control. Our fee is never part of that flow. It adds up as you sell and arrives itemised on one invoice a month: 2% of sales on Free, or 0.5% on Pro, where the whole bill is never more than €499 in a month.
What is the AI concierge, and do I need it?
A question box docked at the bottom of every page: the shopper says what they are after, and the assistant shows the products, narrows the choice with a tap and fills the bag, without leaving the page. It is included on Pro, and on Free it runs on Claude credit you top up, because its cost follows your traffic. Switch it on from your dashboard, on whichever theme you have. If your shoppers know what they want and like a grid, leave it off; if they arrive with a question, it answers it.
Is the demo shop a throwaway?
No, and that is deliberate. A demo shop runs on the same infrastructure as a live one, same editor, same catalogue, same theme. Going live asks you to pick Free or Pro, a card for the monthly invoice, and your own payment keys. Everything you built carries over untouched.
How does the transaction fee actually reach me?
On one invoice a month. Sell €1,000 on Free and the money settles into your own account in full as you sell; the next invoice then reads €20. Sell €20,000 on Pro and it reads €149, the plan and the fee together. However much a Pro shop sells, the invoice stops at €499. Refund an order and its fee is waived in proportion, rounded in your favour. Every sale behind the running total is listed in your dashboard before the invoice is drawn up.
What does the checkout look like?
It is a page on your own shop, on your own domain, carrying your own design: contact details, delivery or collection, and card, PayPal or Mollie side by side. Shoppers who are collecting pick a location and are not charged shipping. Nobody is sent to a payment page wearing somebody else's branding halfway through buying from you.
Which plan should I pick?
Start on Free. Once your sales pass about €3,267 a month, Pro costs less, and your weekly brief tells you when that happens and how much you would have saved. Moving up takes effect at once; moving back down happens at the end of the month.
What if I want to leave?
Leave whenever you like: there is no contract and no notice period. Export your products, customers and orders as CSV at any time. Your payment provider account and your domain were always yours, so they go with you.
