An AI concierge shop has no pages to browse. The shopper arrives on one calm screen, says what they are after, and the assistant finds it, narrows it with a tap, opens it, puts it in the bag and can collect the order details in the conversation. Payment stays on the secure checkout page. Your catalogue, orders and dashboard are exactly the ones a classic shop has; the difference is the front door.
It needs an AI theme, which only these plans can install, and it is priced for conversations rather than page views: a conversation is one shopper's visit with the assistant, however many things they ask. Everything else on the plan, products, customers, orders and Claude for you in the dashboard, is at least what the classic plan beside it includes.

Claude is shown against Starter, so 3x is three times what Starter includes each month, shared across the assistant, the designer and the editor. Going over a limit never takes your shop offline: you are nudged, then billed the per-unit price above, and only adding new things from the dashboard is ever paused.
Questions people actually ask
I already have a shop somewhere else. Can I bring it?
Yes, and you do not have to retype it. Products, customers and orders come across from plain spreadsheet files, exported from anywhere that can export at all, mapped column by column, with a practice run that shows you exactly what would happen before a single thing is written. Products with options arrive as real variants with their size and colour choices intact, and old order numbers keep working. If you are on Magento 2 there is a one-file importer that brings the whole catalogue across in a single pass.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing breaks. At 80% we suggest an upgrade, at 100% we start billing a small per-unit overage, and at 120% we stop you adding new products or customers from the dashboard. Your storefront keeps taking orders the whole time, we will never switch off a live checkout over a quota.
Who holds the money from my sales?
You do, and we never touch it. The shop charges your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account, with your own keys, so the money lands with you untouched and you are the merchant of record: payouts, refunds and disputes are yours to control. Our transaction fee is never part of that flow. It adds up as you sell and arrives itemised on your invoice, one line you can read and query, and the rate falls as you grow: 2% on Starter, 1% on Pro, 0.5% on Business, nothing on Scale.
What is an AI concierge shop, and do I need one?
A shop where the shopper talks instead of browsing: one screen, one question, and the assistant shows the products, narrows the choice with a tap, opens the bag and can take the order details before the secure checkout. It runs on the Assistant plans and needs an AI theme, which are marked as such in the theme store. If your shoppers know what they want and like a grid, a classic shop is the right one; if they arrive with a question, a concierge shop answers it.
Is the demo shop a throwaway?
No, and that is deliberate. A demo shop runs on the same infrastructure as a paid one, same editor, same catalogue, same theme. Going live flips a flag and asks for your payment keys. Everything you built carries over untouched.
How does the transaction fee actually reach me?
On your invoice, itemised beside the plan. Sell €1,000 in a month on a 2% plan and the money settles into your own account in full as you sell; the next invoice then reads €29 for the plan and €20 for the sales, so €49, rather than a thousand small deductions you never see the total of. Refund an order and its fee is waived in proportion, rounded in your favour; refund all of it and the whole fee goes. Every sale behind the running total is listed in your dashboard before the invoice is drawn up.
What does the checkout look like?
It is a page on your own shop, on your own domain, carrying your own design: contact details, delivery or collection, and card, PayPal or Mollie side by side. Shoppers who are collecting pick a location and are not charged shipping. Nobody is sent to a payment page wearing somebody else's branding halfway through buying from you.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, at the end of your billing period, as long as your current usage fits inside the smaller plan. We will tell you exactly what is over before you confirm rather than letting you break your own shop.
